We took over Good Behavior Rooftop and paired every attendee with two hand-picked matches we knew she’d be compatible with, not just whoever happened to be standing nearby. 

The pairings came straight from survey answers to questions like:

• What kind of support do you typically give and look for in a friendship?

• What qualities or values do you feel most drawn to in other women when forming new friendships?

• If someone should know one thing about you before becoming friends, what would it be? (A personality trait, a core value, a vibe—whatever feels important to share!)

• What’s a dream friend date? 

As always, the food, cocktails, and mocktails were flawless — and of course we had icebreakers ready — the kind that are actually fun and make getting to know each other feel effortless. Not a hint of awkward networking energy. 

Just handpicked company, rooftop air, and the kind of laughter you can’t fake.
